Very good! I grabbed the beef pho- they don't have chicken. VERY good! Not too sweet. And I loved their vietnamese iced coffee! The service was quick, and I will definitely be back!

Les Ba'get is a top contender in the fierce competition for best Vietnamese food in Houston. The veggie pho is so clean and comforting, while the banh mi is luxuriously flavorful. I love all the natural light from the huge front windows, and the urban chic design is really bold. It's worth the drive.

The best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. Hands down. It focuses on the deep, rich flavor of the coffee and less on the sweetness of the condensed milk. It is a masterpiece. I love that they have beer and cocktails but will get the coffee every time. If you want to practice mindfulness, just sit and savor the coffee. They don't have a lot of extra sauces on the table because (let's face it) the broth is already perfect. Maybe a little Sriracha to taste. And it's not worth taking a star off but I'm not a fan of their egg rolls. I wish they had just a pork option without the shrimp and crab meat. I also wish they had a combo (cold cuts) Banh Mi. And a drive thru just to get coffee.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch. Pho was amazing and bahn mi was huge and tasty. Egg rolls were delicious. Seating was available both in door and outdoor. Service was appropriate and ambiance was chill. My only complaint was they have hats for sell displaying the F word, which might not be family friendly.

As you can see from the pictures, their food is not your typical Pho spot around town! The main reason we come here is for the bone marrow they serve, harder to find around town that is full of flavor like theirs. They serve it in a sizzling pan, so beware! Their broth is no doubt very good, as well, but I can be a picky one with my pho and have found cheaper places around town that are comparable or even better. Regardless of that, it's a place to check out! You order and they come bring you the food, there's not much wait staff interaction outside of that.

I always drive by this spot and today I decided to order delivery! I'm trying to find a good pho spot and this isn't it. There's just something about it that I can't put my finger on, but I just didn't like it. The portion size for the bowl of pho, however, was huge! I was given like 4 servings of noodles and there was a generous amount of meat on top. Good amount for the price. The banh mi was the star of the show. I got the beef belly banh mi and the bread was glistening, not too crunchy, was chewy, and perfect for me. I wish the beef was more chopped up because it got kind of hard to chew, but was very flavorful. I like how the vegetables were all sliced and cut to the same size so you get a little bit of everything in each bite. If I decide to dine in, I'm going to try the bone marrow and definitely get the banh mi. Parking here is not bad, but the lot can get busy with all the other shops around.

I cannot rave enough about this place. The beef belly baguette was by far one of the best I have ever had. The meat was tender and juicy, stuffed with pickled veggies and jalapeno, served on a crispy baguette. The spring rolls were fresh and the egg rolls super crispy. I cannot wait to return.

The food is very flavorful...the oho broth definitely isn't water down. In fact, they tout that the broth has simmered for 24 hours! The prices tho -- man oh man! Prices are at least double what I am used to! For example, the vermicelli bowl I had was $15!!! My hubby's pho (albeit it ha dfielt mignon meat) was $17!! PRO PARENT TIP: No kids menu that I saw. But portions are large enough to share with your little ones. Bigger kids will likely need to get their own plates.

Bowl portions are IMPRESSIVE! I was craving Asian food but didn't want anything too heavy. We showed up on a Sunday afternoon and were able to order in line right away. The interior feels modern, spacious, and clean. The bone marrow is a great shareable and beautiful in presentation! Vermicelli bowls are huge and also good - I think this dish was the best bang for your buck as the prices are on the higher end for Vietnamese food. The banh-mi was not my favorite, but they have some interesting non-traditional flavors.

I really wanted to try the baguettes at this restaurant but ended up lovingg the lemongrass grilled bone marrow- it tastes so good when smeared on toast! The Lemongrass Pork and Oak Smoked Brisket baguettes definitely had a less traditional flavor but they were was huge! I also got a spring roll (didn't know it wasn't the crunchy kind) - fresh and tasty but a littlee bit pricey. Overall, not the traditional flavors Vietnamese food but very unique and tasty! Service is fast, you order at a counter and sit down at a seat of your choice! The inside is really roomy with lots of windows, and the decor is very modern!
